Race for Eggs Tier List: Progression Priority Order
This ranks what to spend your time and Cash on — not pets. Every row names an official game mechanic, and the priority we give it is our own editorial reasoning, which the page states rather than hiding behind a table.

Our data snapshot is — days old, so figures on this page may have moved. Player counts and visits still refresh automatically from the Roblox API.
What this ranks, and on what basis
This ranks what to spend your time and Cash on, not pets. We are not publishing a pet tier list, because ranking pets needs income values the game does not publish — any pet tier list you find for Race for Eggs is someone's guess wearing a table.
iMechanic official, ordering editorial
The order below is our reasoning from the mechanics the game itself states (train speed, win races for eggs, use pets to earn Cash, rebirth). The mechanic in each row's `basis` is official; the priority we assign it is editorial, and we say so rather than dressing it up as data.
That distinction matters when you disagree with the page. If a row quotes the official description, you can check it yourself in one click. If you think pet slots belong above racing, or that dice belong in A, that is a disagreement about strategy — and the page has enough detail for you to make it, because the evidence is separated from the opinion in every row.
The three labels used on this page are Official for rows anchored in the game's own description or tags, and Reported for rows built on prices a single outlet states. We do not label a recommendation Official just because the mechanic underneath it is.

The priority order
Sorted by our priority, not by value. Each row states the mechanic that puts it on the list and the evidence label for that mechanic, then the reasoning that places it where it sits.
Filtering by Official leaves the four rows whose mechanic the game states outright. Filtering byReported leaves the two rows that lean on prices from a single outlet — useful when you want to see exactly which parts of this page you should re-check in-game before acting on them.
What S, A and B mean here
These letters are ours. The game prints no tier vocabulary at all, so read them as timing advice rather than as a power rating.
What we deliberately do not rank
A tier list is only as good as the values behind it. For these three things, the values do not exist.
- ×
Individual pets — no published income values to rank by
- ×
Individual eggs — no published costs or odds to rank by
- ×
VIP — the pass contents are not itemised by the developer
The first entry is the one people ask about most. A pet tier list needs a number per pet — Cash per second, or an income multiplier — and the developer publishes neither, for any pet. Without that number there is no axis to rank on, only vibes. You can still compare pets for yourself by watching what each one does to your own Cash per minute; the pet list explains how, and theRace Carry Planner takes that Cash-per-minute figure and puts it to work on your next race decision.
Race for Eggs tier list: common questions
Is this a Race for Eggs pet tier list? +
No. It ranks what to spend your time and Cash on, not pets. We publish no pet ranking at all, because ranking pets requires income values the game does not publish — any Race for Eggs pet tier list you find is someone's guess arranged into a table.
What do S, A and B mean on this page? +
They are our own labels, not the game's. S means do it first every session (2 entries), A means do it as soon as it is available (2 entries), and B means do it only when the maths says it is worth it (2 entries). The game itself prints no tier vocabulary.
How was this order decided? +
The order below is our reasoning from the mechanics the game itself states (train speed, win races for eggs, use pets to earn Cash, rebirth). The mechanic in each row's `basis` is official; the priority we assign it is editorial, and we say so rather than dressing it up as data.
Why is rebirth not ranked higher? +
Because it is a trade, not a gain. Rebirth resets your progress in exchange for a permanent multiplier, so its value depends entirely on where you are. Done when the next upgrade costs more time to earn than the multiplier gives back, it is correct; done early, it throws away progress you already paid for.
Why is VIP not on the list? +
Because the developer does not itemise what the VIP pass contains, so there is nothing to weigh against the other entries. We can see that it exists and is sold; we cannot compare an unknown bundle to a known upgrade.
Why is dice ranked B if luck multiplies your hatches? +
Because a luck multiplier only pays off at volume. Dice raise what you get from hatching, so they cannot be the first thing you buy: they are worthwhile once your Cash per minute makes the cost trivial. The multipliers and prices themselves are labelled Reported, since a single outlet is their source.
